My wife's superpower is fighting cancer. Can't ski any more because of cancer in hip and pelvis. Very fragile, could break at any time. Used to have 36DD boobs but cancer took those the first time around. Still fishes bass and muskies with me. Better than most of my friends. Wanted to be a nurse after the first round of cancer. Actually started nursing school last August before we found out in Oct it was back.

Toughest person, man or woman, I have ever known.

As other's have said, Mrs. Seano has put up with me and my shit for almost twenty years, so she's cool by default..... She's also a rad mom to our daughters, loves the outdoors, and is a successful professional executive. Winner, winner, chicken dinner.

What we have here is an intelligence failure. You may be familiar with staring directly at that when shaving. .

Really sorry to read that. My most positive wishes to her, you and the family. Cancer fucking sucks.

And a Yuge shout out to all the ladies and guys that put up with our shit. While Mrs L2S does not keep up to your girl in the out door dept, she was a ballerina when I met her, she is always game for most anything that isn't to scary and has put up with my shit for about 35 years now. Lets me surf or ski pretty much whenever I want and was teh best mom evar to our girls. A solid woman is a beautiful thing.

I think Mrs. 'rotica is pretty cool. She planned our honeymoon. Backpacking in Chilean Patagonia with some skiing tossed in. Then she moved to UT with me. Can't ask for much more. Guess she doesn't always snowboard so good. But nobody's perfect.

My wife learned how to snowboard in her twenties just to support my ski habit. Four years later, we were skinning up into Halls of the Gods with a few Cali mags (none of whom had brought their wives). when we got to the top, one of said mags (whose like spancered and in movies and stuff) said to her, "that is so badass that you are up here." Ergo, my wife has been determined to be cool by a representative of TGR. Case, rested.

Sorry to hear that Millsie. I've got the flip side to report: I'm fighting the damn C but think my wife's roll is tougher than mine. Not many choices for me but to fight, but I don't know how I'd do it without her incredible attitude and strength. I hope you never underestimate your own toughness--or how valuable it is!

+1 -- I couldn't help noticing she have him the first tracks through pillows; that's a generous move right there!

While my wife skis, paddles, bikes, climbs, et al, she is not rad at any of them, but most importantly March 14th is just like any other day

I agree it is a constitutional right for Americans to be assholes...its just too bad that so many take the opportunity...

Thank you for the kind words, jono! I agree with you that the caregiver has a tougher job. I've had to put the game face on many times when I didn't feel like it. But my wife is worth it! and I'm sure you are too!

Whistler on a great day a few years back! Somewhere in the creekside vicinity.

And yeah, she's good about letting me have first tracks. One of the many reasons I keep her around.
