    So Avy conditions have been insane the last week. Freezing levels at alpine level hardly sustained over night, still snowing but lots of light rain.. All on top of 300cm in three weeks.. Even the ski resort closed sunday due to avy conditions..

    Mean while, I didn't go riding but my two friends did. They kept in the trees, smart people they are.. But the trees got bigger deeper and steeper.. like that snowboarding movie from whats his face..
    Anyways, she gone! and they went with the sleds.. They found the point of no return. Ended up building a snow cave and a fire.. Had a sleep over, Search and Rescue was called once we realized that there was way too many beer in the fridge and two people missing.. So it was the famed heli man that saved the day.. Nothing like near death to heli ride at 9am the next morning!!
