Dig these stories. The more beat down I get the more I appreciate them. Do this day "surfing for life" is still one of my favourite movie/docs. Chronicles all the og American surfers when they're seniors. Still with big grins and the twinkle in the eye. Awesome. Can't find a copy or link to it though. Maybe someone can. Been looking for yrs now

both of those were awesome
we watched this segment awhile ago and joke that these runners are my dog's mentor bc he is 100+ in dog yrs and still likes to jog each day (even if it's just for like 10-15 ft)
