    Shop in tuscon

The in laws are now wintering in Tucson, have a sweet co-motion tandem they travel the world on. Literally. Russia, Vietnam, France etc.

They used to have s great wrench who was retired in their little community, now not doing it anymore. So, looking for a good shop, preferably infinitely patient....he needs to know how to do it on the roadside in Cambodia if shit breaks.

    Ideas?

I just got out of Tucson after living there for 18 months. The only shop I can recommend is Pro Bike Tucson probiketucson.com.
Every other shop was incompetent. And most were staffed (and owned) by jerks.

I've always had Fairwheel Bikes as my go-to, but my favorite mechanic moved from there a few years back. I would now suggest Tucson Endurance Performance, and insist on Dane as your mechanic - He does the work on my bike I dont do myself
Life is tough. It's tougher when you're stupid
