I read the (non)warranty. Lot of BS butI don't see anything that would exclude your pants. Might try writing a complaint to the Atty General Dept of Consumer Affairs (are you in CA?) for failure to honor warranty. I'm assuming that the 3rd party you bought them from is a retailer, not a private party. If they're sold in CA, CA law applies, regardless of where they were made. Referral to Colorado BBB might also help. And of course copy your complaints to the Flylow VP for customer relations. Probably won't help but can't hurt.

these 3 are really no question we will take care of you no matter where you get your stuff from or how old it is!
I have some made with love in china but not buying their stuff again after reading some non warranty bs around the interwebs!
editing this post because I found some really shitty response from flylow to a review at bc.com, now the guys decided it was a good idea to respond to reviews, search for the 1 star review, another good reason to never buy flylow again.
