MTN Lab rivets wearing on liners
Are the MTN Labs supposed to have teflon tape over the rivets that hold the cuff to the boot? Mine don't, and after only one tour I can already see wear from the rivets on the liners. I put some duct tape over them for now.
My old Mercuries have that teflon tape everywhere. It just seems odd to me to leave those rivets naked like that.

These things:
Duct tape seems to hold up ok, so I guess it's an easy fix. I'm just finding it odd that they've left them exposed like that.

Thanks for the hint.
I just taped mine too - they were still sleeping in their cardboard box.

I did this with both my Cochise and previously dynafit Titan. Never really cared it's cosmetic issue on liners. I never saw more wear than superficial.
