FS: Ibis Mojo 3 and Ibis Ripley LS
The end of my season has arrived, so my demo bikes are being sold off. I have the following bikes for sale, all are in excellent condition with only light scratches on the frame, fork, and crankset. Honestly, I'm not sure how they escaped without any damage considering the rides we did!
ALL BIKES HAVE BEEN SOLD. Til next year....
The Mojo 3's have the same build kit, minus a few minor differences in things like stem, grips, etc. Here's the build kit:
- Fox 34 140mm Performance "Fast black" fork
- Fox EVOL rear shock (130 travel)
- Full Shimano XT drivetrain
- Ibis 738 alloy wheels, 34mm internal
- Fox Transfer dropper post (125 on larges, 150 on XL)
- Maxxis tires (either DHF or Minion SS)
- Ibis 740 handlebar
- SRAM Level brakes
The Ripleys all have Pike RCT3 forks and very similar build kits to the Mojos. If you're interested in any of those, I can send you a full breakout. Pictures below, PM if interested.

Man, that Ripley LS (L) is tempting. I have basically the same build but in a 2014 Ripley (original geometry), would love to give the LS a try. But I still love the original Ripley and I don't think I can justify the cash to update quite yet.

I ride an OG Ripley too (which is not for sale), and I agree with you- I don't think it's worth the money to upgrade. The LS is a bad-ass bike, but it's pretty similar to the regular one from a couple years ago. The Mojo 3, on the other hand is a different story....

Bump... I have one large Mojo 3 left, along with the two Ripley LS medium and XL- although there are folks interested in both of those.
I also have a large OG Ripley for sale too- basically brand new with a similar build kit as the Mojo 3. These need to be gone!

Mojos are all sold. I still have three Ripleys: XL and Medium pictured here, and an "original" Ripley that's a large (not pictured).

- Full XT Drivetrain
- Fox Transfer Dropper

- Shimano SLX brakes w/ 180mm front, 160mm rear rotors

XL Ripley is sold... just the M still left, but I've got an interested TGR'er in that too.
The large mentioned above is a pocket listing... not really for sale, but I'd let it go for the asking price.

mojo 3 vs ripley?
"The Mojo 3, on the other hand is a different story....
so, how is the mojo 3 vs the ripley? i dig my OG Ripley but thinking about the next bike. love the climbing and the quick playfulness of my bike, but i kind of want more travel and more stability downhill.
cheers

It all depends if you want 29 or 27.5.... if you want 27.5", I don't think it gets more fun than the Mojo 3. It's the perfect balance of climbing and descending performance, and is very quick-handling. I've ridden it everywhere from Moab to Fruita, Sedona and St. George, and I've taken it on 35 mile rides in the CO highcountry with 5000 feet of climbing.
If you want 29, then the Ripley LS is a hell of a bike. Not quite as quick handling, but totally capable and still a very fun bike.
