He's dead serious this week. Unlike last week's issue which was apparently just a fleeting fit of unjustified rage.

Teddy Bridgewater goes down and is ambulanced off the field. That sucks.

Give my Brownies all your picks for Josh McCown, Minnesota!

Or pickup Manziel, I hear he's free and he stands for the National Anthem.

Somehow, I think there is probably something in the dna that makes outrage about kap and boycotting the nfl mutually exclusive traits.

Heal up Teddy. Meanwhile, I expect some phone calls from the front office. Daddy needs a new pair of everything.

^^^ Heh. That's the likely outcome for sure.

If the NFL or (especially) the Niners forced him to stand, they'd be in for a pretty enormous shitstorm. They already have enough PR issues, no way they do something here. Won't be news in a week.

My Vikings season is over before it starts. This sucks. Latest report just out is a dislocated knee and completely torn acl. No nerve damage which is good news for 2017. Farve....

#veteransforkaepernick is the #1 trending hashtag on Twitter (or was last night): http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/...b0a22de09325f4

FIFY. If a team gets only two playoff appearances in a decade, that's a fail. If three teams together only manage to get to the playoffs twice in a decade, obviously, Florida sucks.

Not doubting that at all, but Twitter also killed the DNCLeaks hashtag after it had tens of thousands of mentions and was on fire - point being, Twitter is very active in promoting stories they like and burying ones they dislike.

This Kaepernick thing will go on for weeks. Guarantee it. It's got all the ingredients - race, sports, military, social media activism, class warfare... The NFL has to be eating this up. Any publicity is good publicity thing and all.

Some measured responses out there for sure. Let's see Kaep turn his little protest into action now that he has everyone's attention.

Hell, I'd suggest the 49ers at least keep him until opening day if I'm the NFL. More people will tune in to watch the 49ers national anthem than the game.

I wonder if the Niners could cut him now even if they wanted to. They'd be called racist by every mouth breathing kardashian viewer as fast as you can say hashtag.
