1) kill the rental car industry... it's not needed for many of these resorts.
2) As mentioned earlier, Aspen Highlands does a 4 person free parking deal or after noon....
3) Increase public transit.... we do a public private partnership here... It works well.. wish we could get more coverage to the guest residential areas..
