Without getting killed or caught - RIP Guy Clark
Weird coincidence, we're driving home today from a visit to Los Angeles and this song has been playing in my head, then I just read that Guy Clark has passed away.
He had a pretty good style.

Bummer. When I had one kid and lived in the Bay Area, we used to intentionally see with the kiddo the old timers that were playing at hardly strictly bluegrass. Guy Clark was the first one that we saw with that frame of mind. I grew up listening to a few of his albums in constant rotation in my folks collection.

One of the great ones. I only heard him a at Hardly Strictly couple of times later in his career but he hadn't lost it a bit.

I have heard Doc Watson play the Columbus Stockdale blues....
...but I unfortunately never heard Guy Clark play Dublin Blues.
RIP Guy. Losing a lot of good ones this year...tricks deserve applause, style deserves respect
