I don't use facebook, or twitter, so as fucked up as it might seem. You guys are my only friends.
I don't normally do this, but those with kids wil understand. I am doing what I can.
I raised her to be competitive, and man is she ever. Its a big deal for her.
I have no stoke to give, but I will think up something to pay back the collective.

I've got a deal for you. I'll vote for your daughter's video but first you have to have a talk with her. Explain to her that the President or government doesn't have any money to give away all those things to everyone. Explain that the only way the government gets to give those things to people is by taking them from other people. Explain how in some countries the gov't gets what it wants by making it's citizens slaves. In other countries the gov't takes what it wants at the point of a gun. In our country the gov't taxes everything we do. If you don't pay then they put you in jail and take it anyway. They also devalue everyone's money by printing more out of thin air, making what we all have worth less. Would she like to make a video about how great slavery and robbery is?

She is an optimist, and I will be damned if I am going to tell her not to be.
She is plenty smart enough to know what is going on in politics, but she chooses to be an optimist, and she would like to use her passion as a video editor to make her own personal changes. I want to think the new generation has enough balls to get stuff done, that I could not.
She actually came to me before the video, and said Dad I'm sorry, but I am going to sound like a liberal on this video.
I told her to never apologize for her stance on issues to anyone, do what you feel is right. I'm proud that she is an independent thinker
The girl in first place has got some connections no doubt, but we are not done yet.
