Why does TGR use so much CPU

Running chrome. Whenever I am on this website my CPU spikes to 99% and stays there until I close out this site. Running an adblocker, of course. Not sure how anyone could stomach this site without one. Could that be the issue?

    Either way, what gives?

The scripts on this page aren't compatible with the malware you got infected with from your gay midget porn sites.

I'd say that's a good possibility, although an Ad Blocker tends to cut down on that nonsense.
Open Task Manager and see if it's not just System Idle Process. It will show like 99% CPU usage when your computer isn't really doing anything. IDK why.

Another thing you might wanna do is open regedit, do a search for Babylon. delete whatever comes up highlighted, press f3 to keep searching. I haven't heard if that shit is black listed yet, but it opens a port on your computer for adware and worse. SpyBot immunizes for it, I believe. I also take no responsibility for you crashing your computer after making changes to your registry.

I use Process Explorer, which is a nifty little replacement for the stock Task Manager which doesn't tell you much. Here is a screenshot and look at the first, and highlighted, process.

As you can see, actual CPU usage is low, but for whatever reason, System Idle Process looks like it's maxing out everything, even though it's not.
    No longer stuck.
