Had a few good days out during the warm spell in UT. Hoping to head to the Green in the next month or so.

    Love that mayfly Underoos.

Busy year. Lotsa variety. Lotsa outings with the kiddo.

Chronologically, starting with my blurry attempt at capturing bwo's in Jan...

First fish of the year was a riser that took a dry...

    Passing time...

Traveled to see a long time friend...

Got warm so spent time at the local pond...

Back to trout...(and broke in the rod I picked up off dfinn)

    SFB inspired me...

    ...and now it's snowing again.

Was bummed about the season ender

And my soul was hungry for nourishment

So I went here where there flows a creek not much bigger than a ditch

    With Echo the wonder pooch

And consulted this wise old tree

    And he said quietly "stoneflies..."

Walking back to the truck I spied a beaver pond and figured why not. #fishoftheday

went to a spot in nevadah that's known for holding big cutts. it's reputation stands true. weather was horrible, fishing was red hot. didn't catch any of the mega monsters that this place is known for but I also don't think anyone hooked into anything under 20".

So dfinn and I suddenly realized that both of us would be in the nether lands of Nevada at the same time. Naturally we had to find a spot to fish.

    Nice fish. Looks wet.

Lee, I didn't figure you for a parrot poser.

No AKPM? Would've been fun to push him off a ladder.

Are they renting out chairs down there, or are those yours?

I knew was going to get shit for that (and deservedly so.) but i got down there and it was cold and the next thing I knew i just put tue fucking thing in my teeth to get it out of the way - thats what she said. Flame away!!!

They rent ladders, if the waves aren't to burly you can wade out without them.
