some more low brow fish...
Had a smallmouth trip planned with the old man, but high water canceled that so I called an audible and headed down to the deer lease for some topwater and turkeys. The fish were so cooperative the first evening we abandoned the turkey plans and just fished.
Breaking in a new fly
Biggest sunfish I have ever seen. That's a 1/0 bass popper in its mouth, and this was not the biggest we caught

things were pretty slow in VT a couple weeks ago and I haven't been able to get out for a while
