I'd say it certainly falls in the camp of a full album, considering it's a single hour long song.

I'm sure there's room for a Jeff Beck album here.
    As Bendtheski said, BAD.

This thread is turning in to quite the How to build a proper music library.
Blow By Blow was one of my favorites. Great high speed empty highway cruising tunes. Qualifies.

Basically all Led Zepplin albums as far as I'm concerned, too but especially 1,2 &3

And it's a throw-back to when I'd sit back in a bean bag chair with a black light on and zone out for an hour or so. Definitely in a best full album list.
It makes perfect sense...until you think about it.

I suspect there's logic behind the madness, but I'm too dumb to see it.

I gave it an honest try. My first impression was "oh, it's like a slower less musical version of Kyuss, who I think is OK in doses. Made it ~15 minutes in and I wanted to stick shards of glass in my ears. Holy shit that atonal crap was awful. The guy "singing" was just the icing on the cake.

Just goes to show that we all have different tastes.

"Night falls on Hoboken" is honestly one of my favorite zone-out tunes.

For musical variety from DooWop to Stravinsky to FZs own brew of mad rock jazz, this one is hard to beat and remains one of my all time favorites next to the already mentioned Hot Rats.

Honorable mention to Chunga's Revenge, Overnite Sensation and Uncle Meat.
