Rob, I ski at squaw, or bc. Ashamed to say, but I was on epic ski and the general opinion there is that jump turns are obsolete.
I do them, but then I like to scare myself in steep couloirs.

Kye is one of the best skiers on the planet period. Anyone who thinks differently is just plain wrong.
Top 10 guy on the planet and I've filmed or skied with quite a bit of them.

I like that he was wearing a harness or backpack on some of the jumps, rare to see.

I love Kye's style. Must be nice for him to be able to ski nice and loose through those pillows when you have to be so locked in on the steep shit.
He's one of the few that I would put in the ballpark with Hoj as far as technical skiing + freeskiing skills.

I was expecting lots of soulful commentary and was pleasantly surprised by an almost complete lack of said commentary. Great skiing and those helmet cam shots are nuts.
