for USA it would mean ~$30 for USPS (around 14 days usually) or ~$150 for 5-day Fedex or something like that.
for Euromags it's different as per country, inquire.

I'm in Moscow, Russia.
Just rechecked: airmail (Russian Post + USPS) should be $30, (13-21 days), expedited (8-14 days) is $50, courier (EMS, 8-10 days) is $60. Fedex is outrageous $150.
insurance, if you want it, is 4% of the price.

As for the price I'm really hesitant go lower than $300 yet.
