    BC old returns?

I was going to return something to BC that was purchased before the policy change and they are refusing it. WTF, how can they change the policy retroactively to purchases made on a different policy?

Because there are no laws against it and it's their right to do whatever the fuck they want. Your call if you want to continue to be their customer or not.

    BC old returns?

Didn't they change their return policy about 2 years ago??
If thats correct, without knowing jack about the circumstances of your issue i'd say you're pushing the bounds of reasonableness in the absence of some substantial mitigating factor.

Its also quite possible theres a more recent policy change that your referring to that I'm unaware of.

I look at the terms of a sale as a contract. It's not like car manufacturers can change their warranty after a sale if there are issues and too many claims.

Purchase was made in 2013. My circumstances are reasonable, not my fault their policy was was unreasonable, unsustainable and especially small business predatory.

What is the item/issue? Maybe try contacting the manufacturer for repair?

No offense, but it doesn't really matter how you look at it.
