    Your AdLoad is killing the Experience

    It's getting harder and harder to type stuff in because the of the ads grabbing too much CPU time causing the browser to lose the keyboard focus.

    Yeah, yeh, we can fix the problem with adblockers until the newer ads change shit to get around it.
    The better solution is to acknowle it's a problem and fix the cause, not glop with patches.

    FWIW I've been using AdBlock on Chrome for forever and have yet to see an ad get around it on this site.

    It's also preventing the page from loading quickly on occasion. Sometimes I have to refresh to get it to come up.

    I've used yahoo for 15 years, but I'm about to pull the plug since I can't even type emails anymore due to the amount of ads they run; and yes, I think theyre flash.

    I shouldn't have to use ad blockers just to make this site usable. I am going to take a break from TGR for a few weeks to give you time to fix the problem. If it isn't fixed then it is goodbye permanently.

    Its a great piece of software because not only does it block ads, but it also blocks any cookie trackers or sniffers from sharing your browsing habits with advertising companies. Its amazing how much data is being constantly collected, particularly on mainstream news sites and blogs.
