Biking today in my tank top was cool enough to make my nipples hard. Was a bit borderline for that.

My boat is still in the water and I was wakeboarding 2 days ago. Really hard to get my head into ski season.

What's the most exciting new thing going on at hills in our area?

Looks like SSV wins with a replacement chair.

K Ho did some glading, as well as widened and eased the exit out of Crystal Bowl north of the Stairway chair. They are still figuring out how to get the Pioneer Chair running…...

not sure heated TP is exciting. With that bubble, and the regular strong cross winds, I can see a LOT of slows on that lift, and closures....

I understand why marketing is excited, but as a skier, I wish they would have just put in a T bar to the bench (silver city entrance)

honestly, would have been much better ski wise. There's not much going above that for types like us. I guess im not the guy buying lift tickets for my kids and buying burgers at the day lodge though,

A t-bar would be awesome. Thought the same thing about wind closures on that. The old chair was reliable in the crosswind and would run through some stuff that closed the others. The bubble sail won't help.

Not even sure what the view looks like to the right from that perspective. Usually looking away from the wind to the left.

So what is every one's take on this season predictions? I am trying to decide between driving out west or going to europe. After three months in trade school money will be pretty tight.

    Price Police/Maybe a buyer here:

got some skis for the Golden Ski Swap and was wondering what was a good price to sell:

    NIB - 185 and 180 G3 Infidels - one pair each length
    Dimensions: 128 x 97 x 119 mm
    thinking $230

    NIB Head Cyclic 115 175cm
    DIMENSIONS: 148-113-131
    thinking $300

Used in good shape , used one season
    Head Sweet Fat Thang 176cm
    124/89/117 bit of twin tip
    mounted with PX12s
    thinking $250

    Sallie Pocket Rocket 175cm twin
mounted fritschi diamir titanal med ( remount) bindings have seen maybe 15 days touring
very good shape as wife hated them for anything other than powder days so not many days on them
thinking $130 for a fairly cheap GF BC setup??

The Gentlemen always put on a good event in Golden, whether it be a summer gear/bike swap, ski swap, dodgeball tourneys or horseshoes, a good time will ensue. Plus you will help some kids who don't have the opportunities to get into various sports.
