Whiteroom Tours? Japan guides

Hi all,
My family is planning a Japan trip, and my Dad has been talking to Whiteroom Tours for planning out some of the trip and guiding in the Furano area.
Our rough plan was to hang in the Niseko area for a few days then head over to the Furano area. He's kind of worried about getting all the logistics worked out so has been looking at guides.
Does anyone have experience with Whiteroom Tours?
