Jacked my knee wakeboarding
Jacked my left knee wakeboarding a month ago. Didn't feel shit when I did it. Woke up the next day and was like" fuck me, what did I do?". I could walk fine, went to work, all was good but I could not bend down without pain. Quit the gym, started normal rehab procedures. Ice/heat etc. Finally went to a local knee specialist last week, MRI on Friday, go over the results on Monday. First knee injury ever, not for a lack of trying. Initial diagnosis looks good, dock said my knee seems bomber, could not believe how strong my knees were considering my active background, but he wanted an MRI to rule out a micro tear. Fuck me I hope nothing comes back from the MRI! I so badly want to get back to the gym and training for the upcoming season!

Jacked my knee wakeboarding
MRI came up empty! Bruised my PCL is what the specialist said. Hit the gym last week and everything feels ok. Deep knee bend still hurts a little but is getting less and less every day. Start a biggest gainer competition in 2 weeks which I am jacked for since the trainer gears the workouts toward skiing.
I do ski Flowing Alpy. Just didn't that day. Very interested in the short fat wake skis though.
