WTB: XS light mountain frame for kid

I'm trying to build up a very light 1x cross bike for my 9 year old son. He has outgrown the usual suspects, Redline Conquest 24 and the rest. He is not big enough to ride a 700c bike so I am going the 26" route for now. He needs something with a longer top tube than 45cm but not more than 50cm depending on the bike. It doesn't need to be fancy just light. Looking for an aluminum frame probably. Canti brakes is fine too. Rigid fork if you have one. If you are in the Denver/Boulder area all the better. Thanks.

Just grab a generic carbon xs mountain frame off of flea bay.

I have an aluminum Hot Rock frame in my shed I would give to you. I can pull specs off of it tonight.
