Shamarr Allen and the Underdawgs- soundcloud download
I've seen this dude at each of my three Jazz Fests in New Orleans. Not neccessarily deliberately for the first two, but most certainly deliberate last week, front row, with some great photos. Dude is working his ass off, not just making music but working with kids, he brought seven of his students up on stage, the Congo Stage, a big deal. They crushed it!
