Did you do this last week? Have you done it before? I found Cache Creek on accident last year, and poked around quite a bit of it. Are water levels high enough to run? Last year, all the whitewater operations were suspended due to drought. Curious as to what's going on there now. Should be driving through Wednesday night, so I'll try to eyeball it.
"Yo!! Brentley! Ya wanna get faded before work?"

Didn't get to go last week. And my buddy bailed on me this week.
It's flowing.

Classic summer flows. I want to paddle all 27 miles.
The Wilderness Run is fun. But most of the action is on the highway run.

I live in the hills above Napa Valley, so this is my home run.
Been there many times.

I might be skiing Shasta the next two weeks, but that's up to the weather.
Cache Creek runs all summer.
If you can catch the Wilderness Run in the winter, you will see hundreds of Bald Eagles.
Let me know if you can hit this this summer.

Had a nice bike ride at Long Canyon.
Got to the ridge above Cache Creek.
Saw a HUGE bear - about 100 ft. away.
He paced me along the creek for about 10 minutes.
Freaky.
