Sth brake arms into sth2 brake housing?

So, sth2 brakes are hard to find. But let's say I have a lot of STH 1 brake arms laying around. Are they easily swapped? Anyone done this? Or have a source for cheap extra brakes?

I think it might be possible. The metal arms are easy enough to take out of the plastic housing. Not sure if the bends in the metal or thickness matches though

No, they don't work. Sth2 brakes should be about $30/pr at your local retailer.

Duno if it helps but when I swapped Salomon Guardian arms into Dynafit heelpieces you could either drill the holes in the plastic stomp pad bigger or dremel the ends of the brake arms smaller which is what I did
