If you could only have a couple guns what would they be

    I would have
    glock 19 (9mm) x2
    ar-15. Colt le6940
    ar-10. S&w m&p
    rugar 10/22
    mossberg 500 x2
a high powered pellet brake action

I think I could accomplish any thing with these

Occasionally you have to switch it up. Lead with the left for a bit

One fist of iron, the other made of steel. If the right doesn't get you then the left one will.

I call mine Law and Order.

Overplayed but I still love it.

30-06, 12 Guage, and any pistol larger than a 22 should give you all the firepower you realistically need for any real world shooting.

I count 7, 8 if you include the pellet gun. It is funny that you mention "beer counting". I used to count that way. My wife straightened me out on that one. A couple means two and only two. Although I suppose maybe if you're from Utah then you count wives the same way as one would count beers.

    Gee,sounds useful.

For me it would have to be a .270 or .300 for meat, .22 for bird/small game.

The main difference between you and i in answering this question is:

    Americans arm for "protection"

    Canadians arm to hunt.

i like those choices in the U.S. 308 ammo is every where that is why the ar-10 also Ar's have a free floating barrel so they are really actuate. I recently shot a 50 year old 243 Winchester lever action and it rocked for accuracy at about 75 meters. I do like the 22lr but a pellet gun can kill small game and it is silent you could shoot 3 rabbits and none of them would even know.

    1) My Rivet Gun
This thing has saved my ass on ski trips more than once. Broken buckle on my boots? No problem, just shoot a new rivet in there.

    2) My Nail Gun
Actually have a couple, a Finish Nailer & a Brad Nailer. Have use the Finish a bunch of times, the Brad only a few. so if I had to choose just one I could live without the Brad.

    3) My Caulk Gun
Bathrooms do need re-caulking from time to time, gotta have a Caulk gun.

Function isn't everything.. How about some classy guns with some nice wood and metal work?
