Sizzler was whispering the truths, and Americans let the words flutter through the breezes of the times, not caring or caring enough. Where are your Sizzler's now, America?

There's one in Queens. I can be there in about 4 hours. Who wants to go?

I wanted the 4:41 of my life back but the follow up brought it to life. Never thought I'd show the Mrs the Padded Room, but there you go.

I think it's a promo for potential franchisees.

There is (was) a Sizzler billboard on I-15 outside Pocatello proudly announcing they were voted the best steakhouse in town. Can't understand why the local Chamber of Commerce didn't burn it down immediately.

LOL!! Yeah... I wasn't fully awake. I should have taken that as a sign because the rest of my day has been on par.... sigh. Very rare that I feel like just going back to bed but this could be one of those days.

We had a Sizzler-ish place close by in college.

One time me and a buddy thought it would be awesome to camp out there on a Sunday, study all day and graze at the buffet as necessary.

Turned out to be not so awesome.

I did that once too, with Red Lobster and all you can eat shrimp.

That may have been the sickest I've ever gotten. I haven't eaten at a Red Lobster since.

I haven't been in a red lobster in probably 20 years. They still have those cheddar bay biscuits? I think I gorged on those to the point of sick last time in. And cheap shellfish too. It could've been the shellfish now that I think about it.
I still call it The Jake.

Speaking of seafood restaurants it seems to me there used to be a lot more fish n' chip joints back in the day than there are now. Of the bigger chains, I remember Skippers, H. Salt, and Long John Silvers. Local to Seattle/PNW we had The Fish Bowl, Ivars and Spuds. I love good fish n' chips. Def. a PNW comfort food for me.

That dude at 2:50 is clearly looking back at the table where his wife is sitting enjoying her plate of buffet.
