Kids Handlebar Help

I bought my 5 yo a 16" cleary hedgehog recently. Great bike (thx to DTM for the research/rec) but I think he'd be better off w a wider and maybe slightly raised bar (inch or so). Current bar is flat and about 16" wide. Problem is I haven't been able to find anything w the same dims. Need a 1" center diameter but need 3/4" at the grips to accommodate the brake size. The standard 7/8" will not work (I know we're dealing w mm but you get the idea). Bunch of shop visits and some online searching hasn't turned up anything. Does this bar even exist?

For anyone interested, heard back from the owner of Cleary and sounds like there are some wider bars in the works for their bikes to be available in a few weeks.
