European weather models

Hello all!

I plan to spend 3-5 months skiing around various zones in the Alps, and possibly the Dolomites for my first time next winter. I've collected a number of weather models and websites I like to use for the PNW but am at a loss at where to begin looking for weather models in Europe.

Does anyone have a collection of bookmarks or websites they like to use they can share with me? Advice? any input appreciated

Thanks guys. These are a great start but I'm looking for real models more in depth. I've heard that I may have to pay to get this in Europe where in the USA it's mostly free.

Looking for jet stream (300mb wind) forecasted water amount and temps at 500mb, 700mb, and 850mb levels. Thanks again!

dude. the models you look at at home and the models you want to look at for europe are likely the same models (GFS, ECMWF, WRF). the presentation may vary. the high resolution runs of the globals and any potential regionals have to be paid for, with very few and mostly useless exceptions, just like in the US.

North American Model (NAM) is essentially WRF with a different (NMM) dynamical core, running over Nth America, so you won't find "NAM" for Europe per se - you can find WRF as Klar pointed out.
GFS = Global Forecast System, is ... well, global.
You can get maps from COSMO at 300, 500, 800hPa from the DWD (German WX service), just spend 5min on the Googlez then search their site. The maps are not in "English", but it's a weather map... isobars/isoheights drawn in German looks the same as in English.
I believe MeteoFrance have maps from their model, as does ECMWF.

Seek and you will find!
