I got dinged on a recent order from TP (skis, bindings, skins, ski crampons). UPS didn't give a receipt for the duties so it's impossible to tell how it figured the amount but it was about 3% overall.

No receipt? That's pretty shady... but then again, we are talking about UPS.

Could have been a brokerage charge... UPS is brutal for that.
