Giro Audio helmets
can you simply get the earpads or are you stuck buying the whole helmet?

Giro will give you a free set of replacement pads if you lose them (like I did). See if they will upgrade you to the audio pads.
BTW, I have that same helmet in the non-audio version and use earbuds. Best sounding earphones for the money that I've heard. And they stay in place.

You will be able to get them but Giro had to repackage all of them and include a disclaimer, so it might be a while.
