Opinions on Schwinn Peloton?
I've been eying this bike, and am considering picking it up. Dont have much to spend, but dont want to pay 800 bucks for a new bike with sora/105 components.
Was yeti making the schwinn frames in 2000? Any opinions on this ride...worth the 500 bucks?

I would say "do it". $500 for the 853 frame with full Ultegra is a pretty good deal, if it fits you. The limiting factor is going to be shipping costs which could kick it up another $50-85 depending on shipping\receiving locales. Ultegra stuff is bomber.

I'd be dubious about that fork being carbon fiber. Judging by its looks, I don't think it is.
