    "on the line" needs clarification

I just took delivery on a pair of 190's (darker green and gray topsheet.) On my pair, the boot center mark measures 875mm from the tail. From what I've read, the updated official boot center is 856 from the tail. Anyone care to weigh in on a consensus here?

856mm appears to be more traditional (about -10) and what I would expect from a ski with a stiff flat tail. This appears to be the 856mm mount point:

Mine are 14/15 vintage and marked 856.Bigger guy just like you and no desire to move them from their mount on the 856 line.

Really dig mine. May buy a back up pair. Click image for larger version.

I have really liked the Qlab's capabilities for just anything frontside. However, for more allmountain use I have found the presence of the longish and wide beaver tail like tail, well, just a bit too present. Also for different (mainly aesthetic) reasons I haven't been really fond of the short/sharp transition from sidecut to front taper. For sure, that long edge contact and intense sidecut are attributes that makes them great (and fun) carvers, but anyway, I was willing to sacrifice some of that for just some more releasebility, so I hit the edges and sides with a file. Here's the outcome. Check pics for details. And yes, they still carve beautifully, but the tails are just that much easier to break loose. Also, I like the looks better now. Mine are mounted -1 cm behind the line, which puts BC at TC -9 cm, feels perfect for me.

    They're shorter than my 188 Invictus 108s but so is a 190 Cham 107.

The similarity in feel between the Q Lab and Invictus 108 is remarkable. The only real noticeable difference being turn radius.

Bringing this one back from the dead...

Anyone got a single 190 available, or need one? Got an underfoot delamination between the sidewall and edge. Tried a few rounds of repair, but just isn't holding long-term.

Mine are the 14's I believe. Look just like the ones waxoff posted above.
