And now something completely different: salivary gland stones
Greetings from the ER. Stuck here overnight cuz there are no beds in the main hospital. Long story short; after major pain and swelling, a trip to the dentist, the oral surgeon and now the ER, I'm scheduled for surgery in a few hours to remove a blocked and infected salivary gland. It's probably been building up to this for a couple years, but I didn't know it. Thought my occasional symptoms of gland swelling and earache were a bit odd, but not too unusual. Same symptoms would manifest in left side if I got a bad cold or something. Turns out the CT scan shows I have two LARGE stones blocking salivary gland. Sorta doped up on morphine, but that's way better than the pain I was in. Can't sleep so I turned to you fools. Never heard of this shit before. Not stoked about going under the knife. Looks like I'll be out if the game for a little bit right as we are opening the mtn. Get some for me.
I didn't believe in reincarnation when I was your age either.
