Room for Rent in Chamonix (Argentiere)

Hey folks,

We have one room available to rent in our beautiful three-bedroom chalet, 1km south of Argentiere.
Details:
heated floors, wood-burning fireplace, sunny, south-facing exposure, back deck, two parking spots and a garage.
Les Grand Montets lift is 15minute walk away, or two minutes on the bus.
The bus stops right in front of our house: 2 minutes to Argentiere, or 10-15minutes to Chamonix (depending on snow, traffic…)

You'll be sharing the house with three Canadians and a Czech.

Your rent, which is payable up front includes everything:
wifi
heat
water
electricity
insurance
firewood (approx.) Wood is sold by un stere, which measures 1mX1mX1m @ 80euros. Guessing we'll need two of these for the winter.

Total For Dec 1- Apr 30 is 3900 Euros. Plus a damage deposit of 667 euros, returnable in the spring.
