WTB: Used Batteries for Transceiver
Any brand, any condition, as long as they have some life left in them. Must be AA.
What you got Maggots?

I've got some leaking dubious brand AAs that I'll sell you for $10 - EACH just make sure you leave them in over the summer.

I've got a big box of old AA and AAA I was planning to recycle, but you can have them all for the price of shipping.

I have about half of an ABS airbag nitrogen charge, yours free for the price of shipping. Why pay for a full charge when 60% is probably enough to fill the bags?

Only used once, I think. I'll pick up a few the next time I walk my dog by the lookout point. No brown stains so I'm guessing it went in the right hole but you might want to rinse em out. You could use one of those drying racks used for reusing plastic baggies. What's the worse that can happen? It's not like you'll get buried in an avy and they won't be able to find you. The Energizer bunny would approve.

I have used rechargeables, they usually drain sitting for a day, but if you charge em up, just before sticking them in your beacon, they should be good to go.....

What about some of those old alkaline batteries with the charge meter on the side? The Duracell power check?

What would happen if you swallowed a single AAA battery? Would you pass it without incident or would you get a nice trip to the ER in a few days? Would the poison get into your system?
