Iphone 6 iTunes question
So, new phone. Can't keep the fucking music on the phone, ends up on the cloud. I have been able to get it all actually on there, then a few days later it's all back in the cloud. Losing my mind.

You can download the music than shut off your Automatic downloads in iTunes preferences in settings. Has worked for me so far

'manually manage music'. turn off music syncing for the phone when connected to iTunes then drag and drop the music you want into the device.
