    NBA 2014-15 Thread

Is there one? Search function didn't turn one up on page one and that's as far as I'm willing to look.

Time to get back on the Cavs bandwagon! Great scene on tv from Cleveland tonight, it'd be great to see the new Big 3 pull out game 1.

Coolest commercial I've seen for Cleveland in... a long time too.

    Welcome home LeeeeBron.

On one note, with Gasol on the floor teams won't be able to clog up the lane and wait for drose to drive. Means less contact on rose. Hopefully he can stay healthy this year

What happened to Cavs? I just got an incomprehensible, but happy tweet from a NY Knicks fan.

4 point loss I think it was. Lots of anxiety Sir Charles was saying. Who knows. Long season as they say.

Once Durant comes home to Washington the Cavs will get a run for their money.

As a NBA fan, I can understand why you might say that, but as a Dubs fan I'm not feeling sorry for Kobe or the Lakers. Feel bad for Julius Randle though...

    Go Celtics!

And as a Celtics fan, I can only feel glee at the plight of the Lakers. I do feel bad for Nash and Randle.

Damn good LA crosstown game tonight. Lakes might have a little more firepower than most think.

Can't believe Boogie and the Kings beat the Blazers. Godamn shame, Lillard better get it together quick.

That was a good game too. Only caught the overtime period, but nonetheless it was an exciting ending.

I don't feel a bit bad for kobe. his ego has always been his downfall. I'm not sure he minds being on a shitty team. he gets to be the boss, he can blame everybody else for holding him back like he always has even though he's chased away teammate after teammate. he would have had more championships than Jordan a long time ago if he hadn't fucked the hotel girl and his relationship with Shaq. the nba gifted them their first and until Kobe's ego fucked up again the sky was the limit. he's not close to the best player in the NBA now but since he has no chance of getting his ass stomped in a series he'll never have to admit it. there's nothing redeeming about Kobe. he's not clutch, he doesn't make people around him better, he shoots his team to death over and over, he's not a good role model. fuck him.

I don't want Kobe with the ball in crunch time. I don't think he really is clutch. I do, however, think he's a rapist.

Interesting. I guess stats are more indicative of true performance than a couple youtube videos. I had no idea his crunch time fg% was so low.

I'm bummed about Westbrook. I was looking forward to see what he'd do over the next month. He was going nuts in the PDX game. Fucking Perkins.

    Ditto for Rose's ankles.

Two wins against crappy opponents, but the Dubs look solid. Their offense already looks a lot better under Kerr. If they can keep the defense they had last year with Jackson, they're going to be tough. Looking forward to tonight's game.

    Dallas also looks frisky.

The home loss against the Knicks was shocking, but I'm sure LeBron, Blatt, and the Cavs will figure it out.

    Did we undervalue Bosh?

    Anthony Davis is a monster.

The three straight inbounds steals were rough. LMA scares the shit out of me though.

Klay has a ton of swagger this season. I love the way he's taking it to the basket more often this year. That dunk on Lopez was a momentum changer.
