FS: Lotus 120, Lotus 138, Vertical FT12s, BCA Stash 40

    Price drop. Any offers?

    1. DPS Lotus 120 Pure 190s w/ Black Diamond Ascension skins cut to fit. Blue topsheet. Inserts for Dynafit radicals and verticals to allow multiple mounting options. Originally bought from Olympus and skied (by me) for one season. Bases, edges, and topsheet in great condition. Small base dimples from inserts. Doesn't affect ski performance. Skins have been used for about 10 full days of skinning by me and looked to be basically brand new when I got them. - $325 + shipping and fees, or $250 w/o skins

    Trades I'm interested in:

DPS RPC Pures, Mid 180s Lotus 120, flex 2 or 3, 190 Lotus 120 Flex 2 or similar. Other Backcountry options ~120 underfoot.

Let me know if you have any questions, or feel free to make offers/let me know if my prices are out of line.

    sfb,

Skis are flex 3. I really liked the ski, but for where I'm touring, I don't have very many big open areas where I can just open them up. The times that I did, however, they were a riot. I don't think I've ever skied powder as fast as I have on those skis. Total number of holes is 31 in each ski - a few of which are plugged. Sounds like a lot. I sent pictures to a couple of guys at DPS to ask their opinion on whether I should be concerned about that number of skis. The long and short of it was "They will probably be fine. That's a lot of holes!"

There are at least 3 different positions for the dynafit heel and I believe that there are two positions for a Vertical toe and two positions for a Radical toe. Olympus originally mounted them like this so that he could get a feel for a few different mounting positions. I thought I would do the same, but ended up using the same set of holes all season last year.

i love flex 3's i have a minty pair of flex 2's with only 8 holes a ski that i don't reallythink are worth 6 bills
now if all them swapable holes happen to be 332 bsl i could use those skis
but i think t rocks a smaller boot than i
if your bro splits up the lotuses i'd make an offer on the mohairs

    pfluff,

The L138s are Flex 3. Rocker isn't listed on the topsheet.

    SFB,

I can guarantee that there is a 332 mounting option in there, no question. My bsl is currently 314 and I think I was in the center set of heel piece holes. And for the record, I'm open to offers. :-)

I think my friend would listen to an offer on the mohairs. Send me an offer via pm.

    Thanks!

Any idea where a radical mount for a 306bsl would put me on the 120's? Any interest in a trade for new in plastic carbon Praxis BC's as a trade towards them? Not quite as wide as the 112rpc but a highly thought of ski nonetheless.
    Let me know..

    NWSkibum,

I did a very unscientific test, and my guess would be that you would land really close to the 0 line. I think I'm about +1 with my back of 314 and the front holes of the verticals and radicals are common.

I need to this about whether this is the direction that I'd like to go, however. I have a pair of Wailer RP112s, and although these are different, there is still substantial overlap. That said, I've always wanted a pair of Praxis skis. I'll be checking out Kevino's later this week, so I'll bee back in touch.

So what's left? I take it both pairs of bindings are gone?

Temporary price drop on the Lotus 120s to $400 plus shipping and fees, or would consider a trade for a pair of flex 2s if anybody out there wants flex 3s.

Price may go back up if I can't Secure the Flex 2s that are currently for sale.
