    Thumbs up FS: '15 Fox 36 Fork - 26" - 180 mm - 1.5 Taper Steerer - 15/20 mm axles

    You know you want this.

2015 Fox 36 Fork, 26" wheel 1 1/8 - 1 1/2" tapered steerer tube cut to 8" (should fit most frames size Large/20" or smaller). Float air spring, FIT RC2 damper.

I bought this fork then the world bestowed a 27.5" bike upon me, rendering it useless. It has literally four rides on it and one minor scuff on the left lower leg. Includes 15 and 20 mm front axles (yes, it's compatible with both sizes), original packaging and spacers to tune the air spring to your present level of radness. 180 mm of travel. Fork's current location is Portland, Oregon.

    MSRP $1050, yours for $675.

    Get at me.

The old 36 Floats would take a 650b tire, you try to stick one in it to see if it had the clearance?

The offsets are apparently different on 2015 model 27.5" and 26" 36 Floats, so even if the wheel fits under the arch/crown the steering geometry could get a little weird.

"Weird" maybe. Could be good too. Take a read here... http://www.mbr.co.uk/news/bike_news/...ometry-sizing/

Its a really (really) good fork. I'm on one.

I'm with Hans on this one. Sick fork, but my personal experience is that when dabbling with 27.5" and 29" wheels, fork offset is crucial and even more indicative of how the bike will handle than head tube angles.

If you have a 27.5 wheel with a fairly meaty tire you can stick in it and post a pic with the crown clearance, if it seems to have enough room, I might consider buying it.

You can't just go mixing 26 and 27.5 stuff like that!
