Superbowl Sunday at Cannon is a family tradition. We go and mostly it's great, then we get home in time for The Game. This year was no exception. Lift lines were short so lots of skiing in a short time.

Got a Tuckerbook run in before lunch. Medium bumps up high and soft down low. Traverse sucked as usual.

Sampled some local offerings on a pre-game / pre-storm recon mission. Pics are in order of sentences - best I can do on mobile.

Up we went. And went. Enjoying the natural beauty and sculptures of the red cedars and the afternoon light.
Scoping our lines for after the storm. Into the afternoon we lapped this zone. The light waned as the sun dipped below the horizon. Carving our last turn at last light.

Amazing day in the mountains...skiing right til sunset, and never crossing another track...perfect snow conditions and more on the way. This is what eastern bc skiers dream of.

Great day...perfect temps, the skies cleared for the down.

Could not believe how much snow was at 3K.

Glad to see you're up and at 'em this morning. Took me a while to get to sleep last night after that roller coaster ride.
No skiing for me today have to work.

    Nice Peak pic rudeness!
