I think what the doc is trying to say is that recovery from brain injury can continue for years, not that his recovery will be complete or anywhere near it. It's impossible at this point to say that. Seems like a lot of people with nothing much to say are trying to get their names in the paper over this. The only responsible public comment on Mr Shumacher's condition is "No comment."
