Danny Macaskill - MTB video, Skye Scotland

This might just be the best mountain bike short video you ever watch ?

I am not sure how well known Danny Macaskill is outside of Scotland / UK ?
Here he is going for a wee mountain bike ride along the Cullin ridge on Skye.
Stunning scenery and big balls - enjoy.

His incredible urban feats in Edinburgh were well documented and had about a zillion YouTube hits a few years back. This is even more fuckin' amazing. EXTREMELY fuckin' cool. It is the bike equivalent of what Vallencant was up to on skis in the seventies

I just saw this on MTBR. Mad skills and amazing scenery. Makes me want to go to Scotland, but I think I will hike that trail instead of riding it.

Holy shit, what an amazing place and amazing riding. I had no idea there were mountains that size in Scotland. Great tune, amazing filming. Thanks for sharing OP.

I recently saw this nature show on the Hebrides (Netflix doc Wildest Islands). I thought it looked like a cool place for mtb/skiing, although a little damp. Then Macaskill had to hit that shit in ways that shouldn't be humanly possible. Like he does. Yes, he's knows outside the UK, I guess. What's with the music? Not very Scottish.
    No longer stuck.

Does he actually ride off the wee summit? I wouldn't have even carried a bike up there.

No more opening fence gates for me, I'm just gonna flip over them like McKaskill.

I was relieved that we didn't see him do it. Pray he never comes up short. Simply amazing skills and always creative.

The pinnacle is called Sgurr Dearg - or more commonly the Inn Pin.
By coincidence we hiked the ridge a few weeks ago, and rappelled off
It is way to big to even consider riding off - even for MTB jedi's like Macaskil.
