Davide thank you for baring your soul at such a tough time. Betty Dee brought joy to this board. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her but it's obvious she brought much joy IRL too. She will be missed. She will be remembered.
I wish you peace.

What BettyDee meant to us – from her fiancé and best friend (me) Davide De Masi
Davide, I'm so sorry for your loss. I had originally posted something longer, but I just don't think it's appropriate. My thoughts on Liz's infectious enthusiasm are in Klar's thread now. I wish I could see you in Seattle to offer my condolences in person.

Davide, I can't even imagine what you're challenging now. Your text is filled with love and valour, you're a brave man. I just met Liz a few times, she was like the sun of Chamonix. It's hard to explain, even with french words, but it's true. On ne t'oubliera jamais Liz Daley, princesse américaine, princesse du Mont Blanc. Courage Davide. Courage.

"All we can do to remember her is to live, every day, the best things about her. We can't all be that magnetic, one-in-a-million smile. But we can all live our lives with joy, humility, enthusiasm, inclusiveness, supportiveness, true friendship, and above all, so much laughter. "
This, a thousand times over. Condolences to all of you close to her.

Words cannot truly convey what you must be feeling, but thank you for making the attempt.
The trip reports that Liz posted here shined with her bright spirit and touched many people.
Those who shared the experiences with such an amazing person must treasure the memories.
Our time here is short, and her time was well spent but ended way too soon.
So sorry for your loss.
