Two and done for this old man today. Teh new snow was nice with much weewee tingling, but it was farkin windy on top. Sun just starting to peak thru on last lap.

Anybody ride up today in an Expedition carrying a young man who spent quite a bit of time leaning WAY out the passenger side projectile vomiting a dark brown liquid? He seemed to have experience with that maneuver.

Hmmm, I don't remember you ever postholing to get any of my gear. I do have many recollections of your laughing hysterically at my predicament however...

Well I haven't ventured out on my next big adventure yet, maybe Friday if there's a little help from Ullr. I did find an interesting vehicle buried in an old truck lot I was lurking in with the Zombie Beer truck the other day. I would like to put it back into service but tricked out w/ racks and a bad ass train horn.

It's past early already, so, yeah, it's already NOT an early ski year...at least for the PNW.

Its fabulous is an understatement. Freezing rain w/ flat light. Great coverage. Didn't hit anything. I was crushing turns on Marshmellow w/ my high performance rental skis and 20 year old boots. Fun times go get some.

Yep...first run of the year 10th chair, then left lower Red. Deep, covered, lots of terrain features still not filled in.

Great day, wash rise repeat tomorrow.

I shit you not, I got asked by a tourist from Atlanta whether Summet was going to open today.

I told him "probably sometime after lunch".

Ha I was thinking that today, how many times I've been asked that when it was obvious not safe or sane.
