Based on what you can see from P2P you would be walking a long way.

I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Blackcomb on a midweek April bluebird powder day. Pretty sweet!

On another note, attended Multiplicity on Sunday night. Will Gadd is my new hero / role model. Seemed like such a nice cool affable dude who is also a supreme badass. He looked like he is 30, but he is nearly 50 years old.

It was great. Peak and bagel bowl were sweet. The rock hucking and yard sales by the peak lineup were awesome

Anyone ski today? Looks decent on the webcams. Didn't realize they are only running Peak for spring as well...

Yesterday was a damn fine day. No lineups really, and the 2 second hike into Harmony held pow turns until lifts closed. I could feel the bottom underneath blower, but if you kept your speed up, all was forgiven. If the FL stays reasonably low, touring is going to be great for a while.

Can anyone give me an idea of how close to the base of whistler you can make it on snow? Thinking of heading over to Fissile on the weekend, and not sure that we would make it back in time for the download.

Surprised the resort is keeping Whistler open for skiing until June 7th. I know there's enough snow but I can't imagine it's profitable? The gondi would run anyway for tourists, but grooming, lift ops, patrol etc.

Although now I'm thinking of getting some alpine tshirt laps in one day... Then again the bike park is even more fun. First world problems.

Although the biking in the corridor has been epic, I'm still hanging on to ski season. Here's a quick TR from a heli drop mission last weekend. Click the pics for large version.

The last skier collapsed the bridge over the schrund. You can thank us for making this line a little more spicy for the rest of the season. Glad we roped up over it on the bootpack.
