ROSSI FKS 140 vs FKS 180 Question
Hey guys,
I am an intermediate to advanced skier. Just picked up 14-15 Bentchetlers. Considering either Rossi FKS 14 or 18s. I know the main difference is the metal composite on the 180 over the plastic. I rode the 14s last season and enjoyed the fact that they were lightweight but noticed it wasn't as responsive? Are the 180s going to feel a lot different? Is it worth the price difference with the added weight as well? I'd like to keep my ski as light as possible but I don't like the idea of losing that responsiveness when Im trying to do spins and such. Your opinions are appreciated!

Definitely get the 18, because if you get the 14, the first time you land switch and double eject with the 14 you'll be all like damn, I should've gotten the 18.
I assume you'll be having a shop mount them? Good. After you get it back, don't forget to crank it up all the way to 18.
It actually can go to 19 if you twist it a bit more. The more you know!

Get the 18 because when you buy your 17/18 skis they will be a model match. Forward buying is smart buying.

Will your din be 9 or higher?
Based on chart and skill level where are you at?
Now here is the tough part
Do you really ski aggressive or just butter around
Type III is no joke. Most pros set their skis at 14-18 because they hit 50-100 footers not butter and spin
I ski with all metal because I prefer weight in front of toe when I run over people that butter around the MTNI need to go to Utah.
Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?
So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....
Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

Thanks for the replies guys. I couldn't find the front toe piece to match my neon green socks so I got them spray painted!
