Onstage personality and master of ceremonies to host live film festival tour. A vibrant and compelling personality with a flair for a little comedy. This is the work for a natural connoisseur of all things winter whom has a deep appreciation of art and culture.

Location: Bozeman, MT but may work remotely prior to events

Essential Functions of the Job

Working closely with festival curators to create and execute live presentation
Research and scripting for live show
Traveling to snow sports destinations in the US and Canada as front man/woman for film festival tour
Dedicates time to research material in order to have solid grasp of festival content (films, artists, brands, organizations)
Must be engaging and entertaining on and off the stage
Acts as public face of festival during festival tour
Provides additional social media outreach

Skills

Ability to write and deliver creative and meaningful dialogue to introduce films, promote brands, and deliver overall festival message
Ability to engage and entertain a youthful audience of 250-750
Ability to memorize people, organizations, brands, and film names with correct pronunciation
Solid ability to ad-lib onstage in front of a live audience
Proficiency in social media engagement
Additional skills that will bring your application to the top of the stack

Knowledge of film production
Extensive experience in snow sports industry
Recognizable personality in snow sports industry
Has substantial social media engagement, following, and experience
Comedy background

Experience

1+ years live presentation

2+ years working in snow sports industries.

Time Commitment: Full timeNov 15th - Dec 22nd.

Compensation: D.O.E and negotiated on contract basis
