Fucking Plumbing
Had a toilet that was getting difficult to flush (had to really push hard on the lever). Googled it and found the fix. Just had to replace the valve seal. So now the toilet works great, but the fucking valve for the water supply line won't quit dripping. Serenity now!
Sorry for the blog. Any suggestions on getting the valve to stop dripping? To be honest attempting to fix something that could result in water spraying everywhere doesn't sound too appealing. Maybe it's time to call a plumber.

If you can't figure this out you need a plumber.

Yeah, then you're fucked. These things start small then cascade. If this one is going, then all the other valves are probably going to start leaking soon, the whole house will eventually be covered in black mold, and will need to be razed to the ground, with each mold infested piece carefully put in bags by guys in hazmat suits. That is going to be big $$.

You are asking a bunch of dentists how to fix a supply line, you know you can google this eh ?
you might need to replace the valve, sometimes you can replace a washer or packingLee Lau - xxx-er is the laziest Asian canuck I know

If it's coming from the nut behind the line it should be an easy fix. Just turn off the water supply and get some teflon rope seal, it looks like a long piece of oring material. loosen the jam nut remove the knob and place a couple of loops of teflon around the stem. I had to do this to the outside valve on our house.

Our toilet was leaking at the floor so my wife told my then 10 yo to Google how to fix it, they bought a new wax seal and with the help of a youtube video they did a pretty good job. They didn't get it on quite straight but s'okay, the floor needs replacing anyway when we get around to it.

Go buy a new one and put the fucking thing on. Its easy. If its a compression style replace with the same. If it is a solder on buy an identical one and replace the guts. Can't find an identical one? Buy a compression style cut the old one off and install the new one. Not enough pipe to cut and replace? Remove the old one with a torch then emery the solder off the pipe and install the new one. You might also be able to get away with buying a 5 cent rubber washer and replacing the old rotten one. To do that you unscrew the handle then unscrew the flange that holds the valve together, pull out the valve guts and take them to the store. Before doing any of the above, turn off you water main.
